Rental Policies
Pick-up hours are from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Drop-offs must be completed before 6:00 PM on the final rental day.
You will need a valid driver’s license, a credit or debit card for payment, and proof of insurance for personal vehicles that is towing the machine.
Yes, most rentals require a security deposit. The amount will depend on the item being rented and will be refunded upon return, provided the equipment is in the same condition.

Cancellations made more than a week in advance receive a full refund, those made less than a week in advance receive a 50% refund or can be applied to another booking, and cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
